One should also make sure that their dentist does not leave any of the highly technical CEREC process to any dental assistants who do not have sufficient training. Since the process is extremely technical, it should only be left to a certified professional, or else you might not get the results you were promised.
However, the drawbacks of CEREC crowns are easily outweighed by the innumerable advantages it offers. A dentist who spends a sufficient amount of time staining and glazing the porcelain will be able to produce a more esthetic crown.
Moreover, you will not need to spend your money and time going to the dentist more than once, since this procedure guarantees excellent results with only one appointment. While there is still room for improvement in the overall experience of ceramic reconstruction, there is no doubt that it is the best option available.
